    For the first time in a mainstream 2023 update, Arabic (العربية) and Hebrew (עברית) have enhanced RTL text engine support, fixing legacy issues with text layer alignment.

    Problem: After switching to Portuguese, the Neural Filters tab is gone. Solution: Some neural filters are geo-restricted or require an English UI to beta test. Switch back to English UI in Preferences > Interface, run the filter, then switch back. Adobe is slowly localizing these, but as of 2023, the beta filters are English-only.
