Alcpt Form 118 New

The ALCPT is scored out of 100. However, because Form 118 New is modernized and allegedly more difficult, the score interpretation has shifted slightly.

Important Note: Some students who scored 85+ on Form 100 report scoring 75-80 on Form 118 New without studying. Do not panic. The norm is being adjusted. Check with your institution for their specific cut-off scores (e.g., "Level 6" vs. "Level 7").

Instead of isolated word definitions, Form 118 New uses cloze passages (paragraphs with 4-6 blanks). You must understand the entire paragraph's tone and logic. alcpt form 118 new
