To enable 60 FPS recording through an APK or within an app:

Open the app. Look for "Bitrate" settings. Recording 60 fps at default bitrate (20 Mbps) looks terrible. Increase video bitrate to 50–100 Mbps for 1080p 60fps. This prevents pixelation during motion.
