Autophix: 7610 Update
Once all modules show “Success,” click “Eject Hardware” in Windows tray, disconnect the USB cable, and restart the AutoPhix 7610. Verify the new version in Settings → About.
If you don’t have a Windows PC, some older versions of the 7610 support SD card updates. However, this method is not recommended for the 7610 as newer models require PC activation.
If your device supports it:
| Issue | Likely Cause | Solution |
|-------|--------------|----------|
| Device not recognized | Driver conflict | Reboot PC; manually install CP210x USB-to-UART drivers. |
| Update stuck at 12% | Interrupted internet | Do not unplug; restart PC Suite and resume using “Continue Update.” |
| Failed checksum error | Corrupted download | Delete temporary files (C:\ProgramData\AutoPhix\Cache), re-download update. |
| Device won’t reboot post-update | Firmware corruption | Contact AutoPhix support for a bootloader recovery file (rare). |
