Because Microsoft shut down GFWL, modern Windows may fail to read the save. You must install xliveless (a DLL wrapper that bypasses GFWL). Drop xlive.dll into your Blur installation directory (where Blur.exe lives). This instantly grants you access to the unlocked garage.
Result: Boot up the game. Go to "Garage." Every car, from the Audi RS4 to the Lamborghini Reventón, will have a green checkmark.
