As of 2025, Cadence has released newer versions (17.2, 17.4, and 22.1). However, 16.6 remains critical for legacy support.

Cadence released dozens of hotfixes for 16.6. Hotfix 114 was the final stable update. Installing this fixes rendering bugs on modern Windows.
