Cadence Spb Orcad 16.60.004 Hotfix 【AUTHENTIC】

Important Note for Windows 10/11 Users: Cadence 16.6 is a legacy Win32 application. While the hotfix improves stability, you must run the executables in Windows 7 Compatibility Mode and disable display scaling on high-DPI monitors.
