Right-click CityCarDriving.exe > Properties > Compatibility tab.

Check the following boxes:

Click Apply and OK.

  • Crucial Step: If you already have these installed, click "Repair" during the installation process rather than just installing over them.
  • Restart your computer.

    • Open Dependency Walker, go to File → Open, and navigate to: C:\Program Files (x86)\City Car Driving\bin\CityCarDriving.exe

    Click "Profile" → "Start Profiling". Let it run until the error appears. Right-click CityCarDriving

    Reinstall both 32-bit and 64-bit Visual C++ 2013 Redistributables from Microsoft, then manually copy MSVCR120.dll and MSVCP120.dll from System32 into the game’s bin folder.

    The error persisted for me until I manually forced the correct 64-bit DLLs into the game’s folder. Only do this if Step 4 doesn’t work. Click Apply and OK
