Important: There is no legitimate, cheat-free CVar in CS 1.6 that completely removes AK-47 recoil. The recoil pattern is hardcoded into the game DLLs.
Many pros use reduced mouse sensitivity to manage recoil:

m_filter 0 // Disable mouse smoothing for raw input
With low sensitivity, your natural arm movement for tracking enemies also compensates for vertical recoil.
