Installer V1. 22: Cyclone Box

V1.22 was released during the Windows 8.1 era. It has a peculiar sweet spot: it runs stably on Windows 10 LTSC 2019 with Driver Signature Enforcement disabled, whereas v1.18 is too old (no USB 3.0 support) and v1.25+ introduces new bugs with Spreadtrum SC6531 detection.
