On the homepage, you will typically see an "Install" button.
Tap the Install button.
Once Scarlet is running:
Download IPA – Use Safari to download the .ipa file to your device (Files app).
Open Scarlet – Tap the “+” or Import button inside Scarlet. Direct Install Scarlet iOS
Select IPA – Browse to the IPA file in your Files app and tap it.
Install – Scarlet will sign and install the app. Wait for completion. On the homepage, you will typically see an
Trust new app – Go to Settings > General > VPN & Device Management and trust the new app’s certificate (same as you did for Scarlet).
Launch – The app now appears on your home screen. Tap the Install button
With the introduction of the Digital Markets Act (DMA) in the EU, Apple has been forced to allow third-party app stores (AltStore PAL is already live). However, these are not "direct install" links in the traditional sense—they require notarization by Apple.
For users outside the EU, the cat-and-mouse game of direct installs will continue. As iOS 18 rolls out, Apple is tightening security around OTA profiles. Expect "Direct Install Scarlet iOS" to become harder to execute, requiring more frequent updates.
