SQLyog Ultimate is proprietary software. Version 9.2.0.2 is not open source. Downloading it without a valid license constitutes software piracy. However:
Do not attempt to crack or patch the executable. Many cracks for 9.2.0.2 contain the Loki password stealer or RedLine malware. Your database credentials are worth far more than the cost of a current subscription ($199/year).
