The installer will ask how the printer is connected. Your options:
For most home users, select Wireless. The installer will search your network for the ES9930U. easy print es9930u driver
Your paper is upside down. Thermal paper has a coating on only one side. Scratch the paper with your fingernail; if it leaves a black mark, that side faces the thermal print head (usually up). Reload the paper correctly. The installer will ask how the printer is connected
Once installed, you can tweak the driver settings for better performance. For most home users, select Wireless
Solution: Windows may have automatically installed a generic driver. Go to Devices and Printers, right-click the ES9930U icon, select Remove Device, then reinstall the official driver.
Solution: You have the wrong driver. The ES9930U uses ESC/POS language, but Windows installed a Zebra driver. Uninstall the driver from Device Manager, delete the printer, and reinstall the specific easy print es9930u driver.
