ISPs rarely provide public download links. If you obtain a valid .bin or .trx file from support, do the following:
Some firmwares allow config.bin backup that contains the entire nvram or uci database.
Power cycle the EasyBox 804: Unplug power, wait 10 seconds.
Enter Recovery Mode: Hold the Reset button (using a paperclip) while plugging the power back in. Hold it for 15-20 seconds. The Power LED should flash slowly—this indicates TFTP recovery mode.
Launch TFTP client:
Upload: Start the transfer. Do not interrupt. The router will flash the firmware and automatically reboot after 3-5 minutes.
