Edirol Hyper Canvas Vsti — Dxi V1.53
HyperCanvas does not auto-save with your DAW project. Always save a .HVC file and reload it, or use your DAW’s “Save preset with project” (if supported).
While not the original VSTi, the Edirol Virtual Sound Canvas (VSC) line was updated to v3.2. This is a standalone application, but the sound engine is 95% identical to Hyper Canvas v1.53. Historical footnote: Microsoft’s built-in GS Wavetable Synth (Windows XP–7) was derived from a much simpler Roland sound set; Hyper Canvas was the superior professional alternative.
