Solution: Lower Xenia’s internal resolution to 720p. In xenia.config.toml, set draw_resolution_scale_x = 1 and draw_resolution_scale_y = 1. Then enable motion smoothing in SteamVR or Oculus Debug Tool.
Not all titles run well. Based on user reports from the EmuVR Xbox 360 UPD community, here are top performers:
| Game | Performance in VR | Special Note | |------|------------------|---------------| | Geometry Wars: Retro Evolved 2 | Perfect 60 FPS | Looks incredible on a CRT shader | | Castle Crashers | Flawless | Great for co-op | | Halo 3 | Playable (45-60 FPS) | Campaign only; multiplayer lags | | Skate 3 | Good (50 FPS) | Some texture flicker | | Red Dead Redemption | Heavy (30-40 FPS) | Use performance patches | | Forza Horizon 1 | Poor (20-30 FPS) | Not recommended | emuvr xbox 360 upd
Note: Avoid Halo 4, Gears of War 3, and Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 – they currently crash inside the VR wrapper.

Heavier titles like Red Dead Redemption, Halo 4, or Forza Horizon 1 may struggle—even on high-end hardware. Stick to arcade-style and 2D titles for the smoothest VR experience.
