If your camera is newer (released after ~2018), do not install SmartView 3.1 – use the latest version from Fluke.
SmartView 3.1 works on Windows 7, 8, 8.1, and 10 (32/64-bit).
It does not support macOS or Windows 11 (may work but not guaranteed).
