The procedural wind system received a significant overhaul. In v1.5, the new “Turbulence Field” links directly to Cinema 4D’s native field system, enabling animators to use spherical, linear, or noise fields to drive leaf flutter and branch sway. This is a departure from legacy keyframe-based wind, delivering organic, chaotic motion that responds to virtual obstacles.
Symptom: Branches are static even with wind enabled.
Cause: R25 changed the evaluation order for tags. By default, Wind tags evaluate after Rigid Body tags.
Fix: In the Object Manager, drag the Forester Wind tag above any Dynamics or Simulation tags. Right-click the tag and set “Priority” to “First in Queue”.
