If you have a multimeter but no diagram:
Symptoms: Charger flashes red/green or refuses to start.
Cause: One or more cells dropped below 2.5V. The BMS disables charging via the communication line.
Potential fix (advanced users only):
Lithium-Ion batteries are sensitive to heat. Inside the battery pack, a small thermistor (usually a 10k NTC resistor) is taped to the battery cells.
A: No. 40V packs use 10 cells in series (10S) and have a different pin arrangement.
