Unlike console emulators for systems like the Nintendo DS or SNES, the Wii U’s operating system (OS) is complex. Cemu is a low-level emulator, meaning it replicates hardware components (CPU, GPU, RAM). However, the software (the menu, settings, Mii Maker) must be dumped from an actual Wii U console.
