Scroll down through the settings options. You are looking for one of the following labels: Your historical health data (steps, sleep, heart rate)
On most MYKI Watch 4 units, the path is: Settings > System > Reset.
Press the side button (usually on the right side) to wake the screen. If you have a passcode enabled, enter it to unlock the device.
