Congratulations! You have successfully hard reset your TECNO T528. Now, perform these quick tasks:

If you have forgotten your phone lock password, pattern, or privacy code, use this method. You will not need to access the menu.

Step 1: Ensure the phone is powered off. If the phone is frozen or unresponsive, remove the battery for 10 seconds, reinsert it, but do not turn the phone on.

Step 2: Press and hold Volume Up + End/Power button simultaneously.

Step 3: Keep holding both buttons until the TECNO logo appears on screen, then release only the Power button but continue holding Volume Up.
