Q: I forgot my password after the update. What do I do?

Q: Can I access the portal from home? A: Yes. The updated portal is accessible from any internet connection. However, due to the new MFA, you must have your phone nearby to approve the login.
Q: Why does the URL change to irj/portal and not irj/servlet?
A: SAP deprecated the servlet entry point in favor of a Web Dynpro architecture. The /portal endpoint is faster and more secure.
Q: I am a Dutch speaker. Is the updated portal available in NL? A: Yes. The portal automatically detects your browser language. You can also manually switch between FR/NL using the toggle at the bottom of the login screen.
