Q1: I forgot my i-Monitor password. Who do I contact? A: Go to IIUM Go (https://go.iium.edu.my) and click "Forgot Password." i-Monitor uses the same credentials. Only contact the ICT Helpdesk if the portal is down.

Q2: Can I see my friend's attendance? A: No. i-Monitor is privacy-compliant. You can only view your own data. Lecturers and advisors see aggregated class data.

Q3: What does "N/A" mean in the attendance column? A: It usually means that specific class session was cancelled by the faculty, or the lecturer has not yet started the session in the system. i-monitor iium

Q4: I was absent because of a university sports event. How do I fix my attendance? A: Get a Surat Pelepasan (Release Letter) from the Sports Unit or the Student Development Division. Submit this to your lecturer. The lecturer will then manually override the "Absent" status in i-Monitor.
