Search for your own camera using variations of the query:
intitle:evocam site:YOUR_PUBLIC_IP

If you find results, ask Google to remove outdated content via their removal tool.

If you run Evocam and want to avoid appearing in searches like this:

Create a robots.txt file at the web root with:

User-agent: *
Disallow: /

This tells search engines not to index your webcam interface. However, note that malicious actors ignore robots.txt.

This simply indicates the page is an HTML file, often index.html, view.html, or live.html — the typical landing page for a webcam stream.
