Gone are the days of waiting for paper slips or sending emails just to find out how many vacation days you have left. The new Intranet portal acts as a centralized hub, bridging the gap between the workforce and administrative management.

Q1: I left Globalia six months ago. Can I still access the portal to get my final pay slip?
A: No. Access is revoked upon termination. You must request your final documents via the official HR exit email: bajas@globalia.com.
Q2: Can I use the Kiosco at any Globalia location? A: Yes, but with restrictions. An Air Europa employee can use a kiosk at a Halcón Viajes store only for basic viewing (pay slips). For attendance-related actions (clock in/out), you must use a kiosk assigned to your direct cost center.

Q4: I forgot my kiosk PIN. How do I reset it? A: On the kiosco login screen, select "Olvidé mi PIN." An SMS with a temporary code will be sent to the phone number Globalia has on file for you. Use that code to set a new PIN.
