If you feel your app is lagging or disconnecting, use this diagnostic checklist:
Problem: Device shows "Offline" in the app. Solution: The Juson Smart App uses a heartbeat ping every 30 seconds. If your Wi-Fi has too many clients, the router may drop the device. Solution: Create a dedicated IoT network or upgrade your router's DHCP lease table.
Problem: Automation doesn't trigger at the correct time. Solution: Check the "Time Zone" setting inside the Juson app. Unlike your phone, the smart plug operates on its own firmware clock. Sync it manually via Settings > Device Info > Time Correction.
Problem: Camera feed loads slowly. Solution: Inside the Juson Smart App top menu (the gear icon), change "Stream Quality" from "Auto" to "SD." The Auto mode often buffers trying to switch resolutions. SD provides instant 1-second loading times.
A niche but powerful device. The app uses geofencing (your phone's location). When you leave the house, the "Top" geo-tagging shuts the heating off. When you return within a 1-mile radius, it turns back on so the house is warm when you walk in.
