    • As of 2025–2026, there is no complete, publicly released fan translation patch for Kenka Banchou Bros. Tokyo Battle Royale. However, there have been notable efforts:

    A core mechanic of the game is the Menko battle system—a traditional Japanese card game similar to pogs, used here to resolve disputes or earn items. Before the patch, this was a game of luck and guesswork for non-speakers.
