Simply press Shift + F12 while in-game.
You will see a gray toolbar pop up at the top of your screen. Don't panic. Your game isn't glitching; you’ve just put on the developer's glasses.
This is the primary use for the Shift+F12 menu. It allows you to instantly change the political and physical state of a town.
You will see this button. Do not click it unless you want to reset the entire zone. It reloads the terrain, resets NPC spawns, and can wipe out any loot you left on the ground. Avoid it unless you are troubleshooting a total map corruption.
