From an elevated Command Prompt:
bcdedit /set testsigning on
bcdedit /set loadoptions DDISABLE_INTEGRITY_CHECKS
bcdedit /set nointegritychecks on

If antivirus deletes it → restore from quarantine and exclude the KESS folder. kess v2 install windows 10 verified
Do not plug the KESS V2 unit yet.
Since KESS V2 uses unsigned drivers, you must restart Windows 10 in “Disable Driver Signature Enforcement” mode. From an elevated Command Prompt: bcdedit /set testsigning

Reboot. You will see “Test Mode” watermark – this is normal.
Cause: Power saving on USB root hub. Fix: Device Manager → Universal Serial Bus controllers → Properties of each “USB Root Hub” → Power Management → Uncheck “Allow the computer to turn off this device.”
