Kupoprodajni Ugovor Za Vanbrodski Motor May 2026
Iako promet pokretninama između fizičkih osoba u Hrvatskoj u pravilu ne podliježe PDV-u, ugovor može biti potreban poreznoj upravi u slučaju provjere darovanja ili sumnjivog podrijetla imovine.

Da bi ugovor bio pravno valjan i proizvodio učinke, mora sadržavati sljedeće elemente:
(a) Oznaka stranaka
Prodavatelj i kupac: za fizičke osobe – ime, prezime, adresa, JMBG/OIB; za pravne osobe – tvrtka, sjedište, OIB, zastupnik.
(b) Predmet ugovora
Vanbrodski motor mora biti individualiziran. To uključuje: kupoprodajni ugovor za vanbrodski motor
(c) Cijena
Izražena u domaćoj valuti (EUR, RSD, BAM, HRK – ovisno o zemlji) ili dogovorenoj stranoj valuti. Uz cijenu se navodi i način plaćanja: gotovina, virman, oporezivo ili neoporezivo (ako je prodavatelj u sustavu PDV-a, potrebno je navesti osnovicu i PDV).
(d) Suglasnost volja
Izjava obiju strana da slobodno i ozbiljno sklapaju ugovor.
