To stop: press Power once. The unit flushes internally for 30 seconds before full shutdown. Do not unplug during this cycle.

Step 1 – Preparation
Sit upright for 5 minutes before measuring. Rest arm on table at heart level. Missing any item
Step 2 – Attach/connect
[Cuff / sensor / electrode – adjust for your device]
Wrap cuff 2 cm above elbow, snug but not tight.
Step 3 – Start measurement
Press START button. Unit will inflate (or begin scan). Do not move or talk.
Step 4 – Read result
