Many older editions of the Longman Complete Course included a CD-ROM inside the back cover.

If you buy a used copy from a thrift store or online marketplace, the CD is often missing. However, if you check out a new copy from your local public library or university library, the CDs are usually intact. You can legally borrow the book, rip the audio to your computer using iTunes or Windows Media Player, and listen to the MP3s on your phone.
