Launch RPCS3. Before even booting Madden 12, we adjust the global configuration.

Why: Madden 12 aggressively powers down SPU threads to save energy on the real PS3. On RPCS3, this causes massive stutter. Forcing Maximum SPURS Threads to 6 keeps the engine fully awake. The 200% clock scale forces the emulated CPU to run faster, reducing input lag in menus. The menu uses a different renderer than the game
If you have read nothing else, use these exact settings. This config has been tested for 50+ hours of Franchise mode.
