CHD (Compressed Hunks of Data) files are used for games that ran on CD-ROMs or hard drives (e.g., Dance Dance Revolution, CarnEvil, Gauntlet Legends). A full set without CHDs is about 70GB. A full set with CHDs exceeds 400GB. Decide if you really need the post-1995 hard drive games.
