Cannot Find File Flashalllockbat — Mi Flash Error

Older Mi Flash versions (before 2020) often fail with newer ROMs.

Sometimes the .tgz file downloads partially. When extracted, critical batch files including flash_all_lock.bat are missing. mi flash error cannot find file flashalllockbat
