Open PCSX2 → Config → Memory Cards.
Note the folder path (usually \PCSX2\memcards\).
The game was 4:3 originally. Go to System -> Game Settings -> Enable Widescreen Patches. The HUD will stretch slightly, but the 3D battle arenas will fill your modern monitor perfectly.
Once you have the All New save loaded, don't stop there. Here is how to make UN5 look better than it ever did on original hardware:
You can use a pnach cheat file for the game’s CRC. Example codes:
// Unlock all characters patch=1,EE,20A0A590,extended,FFFFFFFF patch=1,EE,20A0A594,extended,FFFFFFFF
// Max Money patch=1,EE,20A0A598,extended,0098967F
To use:
PCSX2 uses raw memory card files (Mcd001.ps2).
If you download a .psu or .max file:
UN5 had a "Drama CD" and "Cinema" mode that originally required network connectivity. Since the PS2 online servers are long dead, the only way to view 100% of the gallery and unlock the associated content is through a complete save file.
