A former street racer named Mia Townsend picks you up. She sees potential in you and helps you get a new starter car. She explains that to get your BMW back and get revenge on Razor, you cannot just race him; you have to work your way up the Blacklist.
The Goal: You must challenge and defeat the 15 racers on the Blacklist to earn the right to challenge Razor (#1). To challenge a Blacklist racer, you must complete specific race events and build a "rap sheet" by evading the police.
