Note: This patch works for the PC version of NFS: Most Wanted (2005) Black Edition v1.3.

On PC, the pre-race and post-race cutscenes are Bink Video files (.vp6). The Blacklist Defeated bug was often triggered by a codec mismatch. If the game couldn't play the "Blacklist Defeated" cinematic (e.g., Razor smashing his fist on the table), it would skip the entire post-race progression script.
