If you can receive emails but cannot send:
Problem: You know the password is correct, but access is denied. Solution: PTCL locks accounts after several failed attempts. Wait 15 minutes and try again. If still locked, contact PTCL support at 1218 for a password reset.

PTCL’s webmail is not Microsoft 365 – it’s an on-premises Exchange server. Features are more limited than modern Outlook.com or Office 365.
Problem: The page loads slowly or redirects endlessly. Solution: Clear your browser cache and cookies. Alternatively, try InPrivate (Edge) or Incognito (Chrome) mode.
Click the Sign in button. You should now see the familiar Outlook Web App interface, with your inbox, folders, and settings.
