The DPI (Dots Per Inch) determines how fast your cursor moves.

Default DPI levels (Click the DPI button behind the scroll wheel): pangyingo wireless mouse manual

| Click | DPI Value | Speed (Cursor movement) | LED Color | | :--- | :--- | :--- | :--- | | 1st Click | 800 DPI | Slow / Precise | Red light (1 flash) | | 2nd Click | 1200 DPI | Medium (Default) | Blue light (2 flashes) | | 3rd Click | 1600 DPI | Fast | Green light (3 flashes) | | 4th Click (M8 only)| 2400 DPI | Very Fast | Purple light (4 flashes) |

Note: If the mouse returns to 800 after 4 clicks, the cycle is complete.

How to change polling rate (Gaming models only): Hold the DPI button + Right button for 5 seconds. The scroll wheel will flash:

Q: Can I use the Pangyingo mouse while charging? A: Yes. The mouse supports "wired mode." Simply plug in the USB-C cable and continue using it. The internal battery will charge simultaneously.

Q: Why does my mouse have a red light flashing when I move it? A: That is the low battery indicator. You have approximately 2-4 hours of use remaining. Charge immediately.

Q: I lost my USB receiver. Can I buy a universal one? A: No. Pangyingo receivers are pre-paired at the factory. You must buy a replacement specifically for the Pangyingo brand, or use Bluetooth mode if your model supports it. Standard "universal" receivers will not work. Unlike traditional mice

Q: How do I reset the mouse to factory settings? A: Turn the mouse off. Hold the Left, Right, and Middle buttons simultaneously. While holding, turn the mouse on. Keep holding for 10 seconds until the LED flashes rainbow/white. Release. This erases all custom DPI and pairing data.

Q: Is the Pangyingo wireless mouse compatible with Xbox One or PS5? A: Generally, no. Consoles require licensed peripherals. It works on PC, Mac, and mobile devices only. It will NOT work on Xbox Series X/S or PS5 via the USB dongle.

If your Pangyingo box says "Dual Mode" or "BT 5.0/5.2," you can connect without using the USB dongle. This is ideal for tablets, phones, or laptops with limited USB ports.

For Windows 10/11:

For macOS:

For iPad/Android:

Tip: To switch back to 2.4GHz mode, toggle the switch to "ON" (not BT) and insert the dongle. Your mouse remembers the last pairing.

Standard models: No driver is required. The Pangyingo uses the native operating system HID driver. It is "plug and play."

Advanced models (M8 Pro & Gaming variants): For users who want to remap buttons or set macros:

Unlike traditional mice, the Pangyingo does not use AA/AAA batteries. You must charge it via USB-C.

  • Charging time: Approximately 1.5 to 2.5 hours (Model dependent).
  • Battery life: Silent models typically last 30–60 days on a single charge (2 hours of daily use).
  • Warning: Do not use a fast-charging phone brick (e.g., 65W). Stick to a standard USB port on your laptop or a 5V/1A adapter to extend battery lifespan.
