The built-in Benchmark Suite runs actual compute loads (Cinebench simulation, FurMark simulation). You can watch your virtual CPU temperature rise in real time. If your fan curve is wrong, the simulation will throttle the virtual CPU, proving the concept before you build your real $3,000 PC.
Because PC Simu V4 simulates high-end hardware, it requires surprisingly decent hardware to run. You cannot build a virtual RTX 4090 on a potato laptop.
Minimum Requirements (1080p / Low Settings):
Recommended Requirements (1440p / High / Ray Tracing): pc simu v4
The developers have published a 12-month roadmap. By Q3 2026, expect:
V4’s OC system is deeper. Safe starting points:
Blue screen code lookup: CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED → almost always unstable CPU cache or RAM timings. The built-in Benchmark Suite runs actual compute loads
V4’s killer feature is its thermal physics. The V3 engine treated case temperature as a single number. V4 simulates individual component heat soak. If you install a 360mm radiator as an intake, you will see your GPU temps rise because you’re dumping CPU heat into the case. The software visualizes this with a heat-map overlay, showing "hot spots" on your NVMe drive if airflow is obstructed by poorly managed PSU cables.

No major launch is without issues. The community has already identified solutions to the top three "PC SIMU V4" error reports:
Error: "Vulkan Device Lost"
Cause: Overclocked GPU or unstable memory.
Fix: Underclock your GPU core by 50 MHz using MSI Afterburner. Also disable any "Game Boost" features in your motherboard BIOS. Recommended Requirements (1440p / High / Ray Tracing):
Error: "Could not load terrain tile"
Cause: Corrupted rolling cache.
Fix: Go to Settings > Data > Delete Rolling Cache. Set the cache size to 50 GB (not unlimited).
Error: "Controller axis reversed"
Cause: V4 reads raw USB input differently than V3.
Fix: In calibration, check the "Invert Axis" box for throttle and rudder. Then save a new profile named "V4_Fixed."
