The following teams were included in the game but appeared under fake names (usually based on their home stadium or location). To make them correct, players had to manually edit the names or use an "Option File."
Note: In PES 2013, the "Champions League" and "Europa League" modes sometimes had different licensing stipulations, but in standard exhibition and Master League modes, the list above is how the teams appeared by default.
Despite fake branding, PES 2013’s internal stats for EPL teams were highly accurate for the 2012–13 season, thanks to Konami’s network of scouts and FIFPro license.
