This is typically a legacy driver package for OPOS (OLE for Retail POS)—a standard used by Epson, Bixolon, Star Micronics, and Citizen printers. Version 11301 is a specific build number. The problem? Many download links on manufacturer websites are broken, or the EXE is corrupted by Windows security updates.

Do not just double-click the .exe rapidly. Follow this sequence to avoid port errors.
