The objective of this document is to outline the standard procedure for viewing Return Cases (RC) and performing necessary data corrections. This process ensures that legitimate transactions, initially flagged for return due to technical or data mismatches, are rectified and processed correctly, minimizing customer impact and operational loss.

Machine Learning models are being trained to predict what the view should look like. If a single video frame is corrupted by a burst of static, the AI will generate the missing frame based on the previous 10 frames. This is called Generative Video Correction.
