Instead of foraging for berries, they would leave bread on the ground, wait for it to turn into a mimic, kill the mimic, and harvest its "Perfect Teeth" to sell for 500 gold each. But in -v0
We realized the survival game was broken, but the accidental monster-farming loop was fun. The fix? We aren't fixing it. The mimics stay. We’re just changing the lore to say the fog corrupts organic matter.
The original game had a horrific inventory system where lost memories were listed as gibberish code. v0.9 introduces the Memory Weave, a radial, intuitive interface that visually connects fragmented lore pieces. You can now drag and drop memories to reconstruct timelines without crashing the game.
