If you only have a .psu file (a single save, not a full card), you need to import it:
Some purists argue that unlocking characters is part of the "journey." While valid, the emulation community has specific reasons for using full save data: Configure memory card in AetherSX2:
Note: Using a downloaded save file does not break your emulator or get you "banned." Since this is offline emulation, there are zero risks to your Google account or device.
AetherSX2 (a PS2 emulator for Android) handles two kinds of Tekken 5 saves: Start Tekken 5 and create a save:
