Typical duration: 4–12 weeks (longer for foreign entities or complex services).
Never offer goods or services “off catalog” (hors cahier) without a registered RCM number. Sonatrach’s internal auditors have zero tolerance for unregistered vendors. Payments for unregistered vendors are simply blocked by the Trésor Public (Public Treasury).
If rejected, you’ll get a reason (missing doc, wrong category, non-compliance). You can reapply after correction.
