The 30-mission "Rise of the Shogun" campaign is fully intact. The crack does not interfere with mission triggers. However, players have noted that the CODEX release is best played on patch 1.0 or 1.1. Later patches introduced a "Skirmish Trail" that required subtle server checks, which CODEX had to retroactively patch in a subsequent PROPER release.
