Avoid sketchy “exe downloaders.” Use trusted sources:

Open Yuzu. Click on File > Open Yuzu Folder (or Open User Data Directory). This opens the main folder where Yuzu stores all NAND data.

If you plan to transfer your save back to a real Nintendo Switch in the future, you need a different method.
The method above uses the "Standard" save format. If you have a save file that came in a folder structure like save\000... it might be formatted for Checkpoint (homebrew save manager).
